Reviewed the Wyndham 2050 Community Vision and/or Strategies relevant to your project

• It is important that your project aligns with the Wyndham 2050 Community Vision, Council Plan, Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan and/or one of Wyndham City's Strategies
• Speaking with a relevant Council Officer can help clarify project themes before submitting an application. If you need assistance locating an appropriate Council Officer, contact Customer Service or the Grants Team.

Details of your Auspice organisation (if applicable)

• Not for profit groups must be supported by an auspice organisation. An auspice organisation acts as the guarantor for your group's application and grant project
• To find out about an Auspice visit the Community Resources & Support webpage
• If you're applying with the support of an Auspice Organisation, you'll need to supply an agreement letter from them.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Groups are only eligible to receive two Small Grants per financial year, this includes all public and targeted small grant rounds (up to $2,000 per grant)
• Only one application per month, per organisation, can be accepted
